CAT ISP Loader Software

On some of the CAT products is a In-System-Programming (ISP) function that allows remote programming of the product through the serial port without removing the microcontroller device. Below is a picture of the ISP loader setup for programming the CAT-400 repeater controller.

Framework and OS Requirements
The ISP programs were developed with the new .NET Framework by Microsoft® and will require your computer to have the Framework software installed. Also the OS requirement is ME, Win-NT, Win-2K or Win-XP.

You can check to see if you already have the .NET Framework installed using these simple steps:

Click the Start button.
Open your Control Panel.
Double-click the Add or Remove Programs icon.
Scroll through the list of applications. If you see Microsoft .NET Framework listed, you do not need to install it again. It may be necessary to update to the latest version using your windows update feature.

Installing the ISP Loader
1.) Click the loader program below and select Run or OPEN.
2.) Double-click the ISP icon placed on your desktop.
3.) Follow the instruction contained within the program.
